1. Digital Products Only
Our store sells ebooks in digital format. Once an ebook has been purchased and downloaded, it is considered delivered and consumed.
2. No Refunds or Exchanges After Download
Due to the nature of digital products:
- No refunds or returns will be issued once the ebook has been downloaded.
- No exchanges are available for digital products.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
3. Access Period
- Your ebook will remain available for download for 365 days from the date of purchase.
- After this period, download links will expire, and access will no longer be available.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate purchase of the same ebook.
- Technical error on our system that prevents delivery.
Requests for exceptions will be handled individually.
